Registration Process
- Fill out the registration form with your details
- Receive a confirmation email with your unique QR code
- The QR code contains your unique event access code
- Present your code to security on the day of the event
- Check-in and enjoy the event!
Guest Information
If you're attending as a guest (not a Havosoft staff member), please provide the name of the Havosoft staff member who invited you during registration.
Only registered guests will be allowed entry. Personal guests without prior registration will not be admitted.
On the Day
All attendees will go through a quick check-in process where staff will scan your QR code. This helps us verify your registration and track attendance.
Our security team will ask you to provide your event code along with your QR code for additional verification.
